Mr. Okawa is Vice President of Planned Asset Management, Inc., and holds a B.S. degree in finance from California State University of Northridge.  He also has received the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the Board of Governors of the Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR). The CFA program is a globally recognized standard for measuring competence and integrity of financial analysts.  Its curriculum develops and reinforces a fundamental knowledge of investment principles.  Mr. Okawa also holds Series 7, 63, and 24 FINRA licenses.  Paul Okawa has been working with Planned Asset Management, Inc., and Morrie W. Reiff, the founder, since 1990.  He is also President of Quantitative Strategies, Inc. (QSI).
